For the first time ever Downrigging Weekend will feature a full-scale fireworks display on the Chestertown Waterfront.  The fireworks will begin just after 7:00pm on Halloween - Friday, October 31.  The fireworks will be launched from the end of Wilmer Park in Chestertown, but will be visible along the whole waterfront.     Tall ships, fireworks and Halloween all in one evening . . . it doesn't get much better than that!
