HIGH-CLASS GLASS, OH YES!
Glass Artwork from Hegland Glass
Minimum Bid $250
Donated by Hegland Glass
Patti and Dave Hegland can tell you “how’d
they do that,” but they will not reveal the secret
of turning inspiration into unique and beautiful
objects. This one is called Horizon’s Edge and
was inspired by the colors and seemingly endless
expanse of the Bay and it’s surrounding terrain.
The rim is highly polished to collect light and
provide visibility inside the piece’s walls. |

WHAT ELSE D’YA GOT IN THE SULTANA
ATTIC?
Sultana Anchor, Slightly Used
Minimum Bid $100
Okay, so it’s broken. But this victim of a tragic
collision with a pier that jumped in front of our
little ship still has a useful life as a garden gizmo,
mailbox post, or something to put on top of your
mobile home in a wind storm. It’s made from
ductile iron and is based on an 18th century
design. We’ll deliver nearby. |

TAKE ME TO THE ANTIQUES ROAD
SHOW
A ntique
Wooden Rocking Horse
Minimum Bid
$100
Drew
McMullen, the donor, believes this toy dates
fro m
the early 1930s. It is solid
carved wood,
and while the
package is a little worse for wear,

is not beyond a full
restoration. “I have no
idea what
this is worth, but it could be a fortune!!
(or
nothing),” says McMullen. The hay budget,
however, is minuscule.
